Clinic Manager - Mental Health (Central London)
Location: Marylebone - On Site
Hours: Part-time, 4-5 days per week, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing daily operations and supporting the development of a new CAMHS service.
* Managing psychiatrist diaries, consultant bookings, and patient scheduling.
* Handling financial processes including patient payments and revenue reconciliation.
* Leading and motivating a small, dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
* Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' experience in similar healthcare clinic management, ideally in the private sector.
* Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* CAMHS, psychiatry, or mental health service experience.
* Excellent skills in diary management, financial handling, and patient care.
* A confident, organised leader with great communication skills.
