The Role: Consultancy Support Assistant
This support role within our delivery team focuses on data analysis, documentation management, and project coordination. You will work closely with our consultants to ensure accurate, timely, and well-structured project execution, handling datasets, maintaining client documentation, and managing system updates.
While this role is not on a consultant progression path, there is potential for it to evolve to include oversight of support staff as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reclaim Management: Collating client documentation, managing follow-ups, organizing structured records, and performing data checks.
2. CAT360 Support: Uploading and managing data, coordinating updates, and user acceptance testing.
3. Project Administration: Setting up projects in our systems, managing internal documentation, and producing high-quality outputs, including call notes and templates.
4. Training and Onboarding: Assisting in new account setup and delivering client and internal user training.
5. Data Management: Maintaining PowerQuery files for imports/exports, tracking status through Excel tools.
6. Bill of Discharge Support: Reviewing CDS data, following up on documentation, and compiling submission packs.

* Proficiency in Excel (PowerQuery is a plus, training available).

What’s On Offer:
