Role description
The Nurse Specialist will play a key role in delivering an excellent clinical customer experience for our vascular access and infusion therapy portfolio.
We are looking for a Nurse specialising in ambulatory infusion pumps to join our project in the UK for approximately 3-4 months. The nurse must be located in London or Liverpool.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality clinical support to customers using our vascular access and infusion therapy products.
• Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and ongoing clinical education to ensure safe and effective product use.
• Support clinical evaluations and assist healthcare teams in integrating our ambulatory pump solutions into their workflows.
• Act as a clinical resource for troubleshooting, product optimization, and best practices.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with the company sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Proven experience working with ambulatory infusion pumps, preferably ICU/Smith Medical and/or Eitan Medical devices.
• Strong background in infusion therapy, vascular access, or related clinical areas.
