The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Growth & Operations Executive who wants more than just a job.
This is a central role within the business. You will work directly alongside senior leadership, gaining exposure to:
* Business development
* Public sector tenders
* Recruitment and HR coordination
* CRM management
* Compliance frameworks
* Client engagement
* Operational systems
You will see how businesses actually win work, deliver contracts and scale.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Calling warm leads
* LinkedIn outreach and engagement
* Supporting proposal discussions
* CRM management and pipeline tracking
* Identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Bids & Public Procurement
* Supporting tender submissions
* Drafting structured responses
* Managing procurement portals and deadlines
* Coordinating compliance documentation
Operations & Administration
* Process review and implementation
* Internal system updates
* Basic bookkeeping support (under supervision)
* General business administration
Recruitment & HR Support
* Supporting recruitment campaigns
* Coordinating candidate communications
* Assisting with onboarding documentation
Representation
* Attending networking events
* Building professional relationships
* Supporting follow-up activity
Travel may be required (notice always given), primarily within the South of England. Occasional flexibility outside core hours may be required to attend events or meet deadlines.
Working Pattern
* 30 hours per week
* Hybrid working (remote, office and client site)
* Permanent employed position (subject to probation)
Salary & Benefits
* £14 per hour
* 30 hours per week
