Company Secretarial Assistant Manager – Brighton
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join a growing professional services firm. Working within an established governance team, you'll manage a varied client portfolio while supporting the development of company secretarial services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of UK entities
* Prepare and review company secretarial documentation, including board minutes, share transactions and corporate changes
* Ensure statutory compliance, Companies House filings and PSC requirements are met
* Support corporate reorganisations and governance projects
* Supervise and mentor junior team members
* Build strong relationships with clients and professional advisers
Key Skills & Experience
* CGI qualified, part-qualified or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and UK company secretarial practice
* Experience managing client portfolios within professional services
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
* Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
