The Hengist Restaurant is in the heart of Aylesford village, and reopened in May 2024 with new owners and management team.
With a restaurant, two bars, and outside seated areas, we are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
Our current Head Chef has introduced a menu of classic dishes cooked to very high standards, and we are looking for someone who can work alongside him to support and deputise in his absence.
If you are an experienced Sous Chef who would like to join us at the Hengist, we are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking using top quality, seasonal ingredients. Someone who can be creative and think outside the box.
Must have minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role, and have had long-term roles in previous positions Or be willing to learn from our head chef.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
