Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service And Operations Coordinator to manage post-sales customer support, administrative tasks, and internal resource coordination. This role ensures smooth operations, excellent client satisfaction, and effective coordination across all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage after-sales support, including client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
* Coordinate lodge deliveries and siting teams
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and follow-ups.
* Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
* Organise and allocate resources effectively to support operations.
* Assist management with workflow planning and process improvement initiatives.
* Monitor KPIs and report on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven experience (3+ years) in after-sales support, operations coordination, or administrative roles, ideally in manufacturing or related industries.
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable using MS Office. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across multiple teams.
* A diploma, certificate, or relevant degree or training in business administration, operations, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
