Job Title: Revit CAD Technician
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a Revit CAD Technician to join an established building services consultancy based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in MEP design and coordination to further develop their career in a dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality Revit and CAD drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) systems.
* Work closely with design engineers to develop accurate 3D models and detailed construction documentation.
* Assist in the coordination of services within complex building structures.
* Maintain drawing standards, templates, and documentation in line with company procedures.
* Support project teams in delivering design packages on time and to specification.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience working as a CAD or Revit Technician within an MEP environment.
* Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
* Understanding of MEP building services design and coordination principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
