About This Role:
We’re seeking a passionate Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division within our National Branch Network. As a Teller, you’ll be an integral part of the local community, providing essential financial services to residents, employees, and local businesses. Your Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and connecting them with bankers.
* Complete operational tasks while minimizing risks in accordance with established policies.
* Perform routine transactions and customer support tasks efficiently, leveraging your knowledge of bank procedures and products.
* Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies.
* Build relationships with customers to understand and meet their financial needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service with a focus on handling complex transactions.
* Ability to educate customers about technology and mobile banking options.
* Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in customer interactions.
* Cash handling experience and the ability to identify potential fraud.
* Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Expectations:
* Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.50. Pay may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
