Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Administrator. As part of our growing Client Services team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and project support to a portfolio of valued clients. You will be proactive and eager to learn, bringing a ‘can-do’ mindset and positive energy that aligns with our team culture.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Salary
Subject to experience
Range: £25k to £30k
Key Responsibilities
· Provide efficient administrative support to the Client Services team
· Act as a primary point of contact for incoming client enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication
· Prepare client quotations, process orders and monitor stock levels to support delivery
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our CRM system
· Support with the successful co-ordination of multi-channel client projects
· Ensure all projects are delivered to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
· Collaborate effectively with other internal teams for smooth project completion
Our ideal candidate will have:
· 1–2 years' experience in an office-based client services or project coordination role
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Proactive and detail-oriented approach
· Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
· Experience in the print or communications industry is a plus
· Able to commute to our Orpington office (within under one hour)
