Trainee Account Manager – Customer Services
Location: Faversham, Kent (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum (subject to experience)
Contract: Permanent
Are you looking to kickstart your career in account management and customer service? We’re recruiting a Trainee Account Manager to join a busy and supportive Customer Services Department in the London region, based in Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude to develop within a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with Account Managers to support client relationships, assist with quotations, and help manage logistics and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Account Managers with written and verbal customer communications.
* Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Help generate sales through quotations and logistical support.
* Respond quickly and professionally to client needs and queries.
* Share knowledge and encourage best practices across the team.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
* Preferred: Experience in the Fire or Security industry.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, either 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00.
