About the Role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Follow pre-set lesson plans (with occasional opportunity to use your own) Adapt quickly to different school environments Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management Work school hours only (8:30am – 3:30pm) Choose the days you want to work – from 1 to 5 days per week We offer day-to-day supply, long-term placements and temp-to-perm opportunities. Guaranteed Pay Scheme Available For qualifying candidates, we offer a Guaranteed Pay Scheme – meaning you’ll be paid even if we’re unable to secure you work on a particular day (subject to criteria).
