Prestige Recruitment Specialists are a well-established, award-winning recruitment business with a strong reputation for building long-term partnerships. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Junior Business Development Manager to support our business development team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and playing a key part in generating new business opportunities within a supportive, family-feel environment and looking for a career within Business Development.
The Role
As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will:
Proactively contact prospective clients to introduce Prestige Recruitment Specialists and our services
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Booking and attending appointments alongside senior Business Development Managers
Learning how to manage the sales process from initial conversation to agreement
Building strong relationships with decision-makers
Maintaining accurate records of calls, meetings, and opportunities
Supporting marketing and lead-generation activities
Working closely with recruitment teams to understand client needs
About You
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, positive, and target-driven
Organised with good attention to detail
Driving Licence is essential
Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is desirable
