We are seeking an experienced Clerical Assistant to provide support to the in-hours Management and Administrative Team for the OOH Service. You should have previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a team environment. You will possess excellent organisational, communication, and inter-personal skills.
This role reports to the Office Manager for guidance on the work required during normal hours to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the Out of Hours Services for NHS Tayside.
Applicants must have a broad knowledge of general administrative/clerical skills and a good understanding of the services delivered from NHS Tayside OOH Service.
Hours of work are: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
