In addition to the competitive salary there are also benefits on tap – including annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, and access to a great range of online and high street discounts. s a Showroom Consultant based in Dundee you’ll be responsible for:* Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements.* Showroom designs using CAD system* Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service.* Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.* Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, 8:00am, - 17:00pm Monday - Friday and every Saturday 9:00am - 13:00pm with Time in Leiu.And here’s what we’d like you to have:* Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.* Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.* Willingness to learn and grow within the role.* Basic computer literacyWe look forward to receiving your application!
