Reports to: Estates Manager
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Estates Coordinator to support the smooth running of our estate. You’ll manage maintenance, utilities, supplies, and compliance, ensuring everything operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors and branch staff
* Manage utilities, waste removal, and branch provisions (supplies, licences)
* Oversee Health & Safety and Fire compliance, including audits, training, and documentation
* Support branches with furniture, equipment, and general estate requests
* Drive cost efficiencies and contribute to estate projects
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Confident communicator, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire regulations is a bonus
* IT literate (Microsoft Office), numerate, and detail-focused
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
