Job Description
The Interim HR Advisor duties will include:
3. Recruitment activities (UK and US), including acting as the first point of contact for candidates, liaising and maintaining relationships with third parties; planning and conducting interviews.
4. Support the onboarding process for new employees; enabling a smooth transition into the business and completing the relevant pre-employment checks.
5. Advise and support managers on employee relations matters (including absence management, performance and guidance on other HR policies and procedures).
6. Involvement in absence management and exit arrangements.
7. Help manage and support company benefits plans.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes in line with legislative changes and good practices.
9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Interim HR Advisor should have/be:
10. Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within white collar environments such as pharmaceutical.
11. A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
12. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
13. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters effectively.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
16. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
17. Ideally immediately available to start.
18. Able to commit to 5 days a week on site in Marlow.

19. Competitive daily rate of up to £190 PAYE or £225 Umbrella, depending on experience.
