We are seeking an exceptional Head of FP&A to lead the financial planning, forecasting and performance insight for a large, complex organisation based in Cannock, Staffordshire. This is a senior, high‑impact role operating at the heart of the business. You will own the group's forward‑looking financial view, ensure absolute confidence in the numbers, and translate financial performance into clear insight that shapes executive decision making. Working closely with the executive team and senior finance leaders, you will elevate FP&A from reporting to true strategic partnership.
