An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well-established and growing financial services firm covering the Sandbach and Crewe areas.
This role offers strong lead support from a busy, established estate agency partnership, providing a consistent flow of high-quality mortgage opportunities.
The Role
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
* Manage leads generated through estate agency introducers
* Conduct client appointments (face-to-face and remote)
* Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the full mortgage journey
* Identify and advise on appropriate protection solutions
* Maintain compliance standards in line with FCA regulations

About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
* Must hold CAS (Competent Adviser Status)
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven track record of writing mortgage and protection business
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
