Reporting to the HR Director - UK, in this role, as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will support the management and HR team in providing HR services at our Dudley / Cramlington site. This position involves working with local management to identify and deliver people solutions that drive business results and enhance organizational performance through strategic initiatives. It is a generalist role within a site HR team, supporting global initiatives and systems. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, and learning & development (L&D).
Responsibilities
1. Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and external partners.
2. Advise managers on recruitment, performance management, talent development, succession planning, change management, and employee relations.
3. Diagnose organizational issues using data, provide HR advice, and implement innovative solutions to improve effectiveness.
4. Support business process improvements related to team performance, organizational redesign, and change management.
5. Assist in diagnosing talent needs and identifying training requirements.
6. Manage recruitment activities to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates and build talent pipelines.
7. Implement UK and global HR policies, ensuring legal compliance.
8. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing excellent customer service.
9. Participate in HR projects, research HR programs, and recommend strategies.
10. Facilitate training on performance management, employment law, change management, and compliance.
11. Provide insights and foster collaboration across functions to add value.
12. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or CIPD Level 5, with HRBP/HR advisor experience in a regulated manufacturing or corporate environment.
* Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical, API manufacturing, or Chemical industries.
* 5+ years in HR roles such as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
* Excellent communication skills and team working abilities.
* Proactive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
* Experience with HR systems and technology.
