The Best Connection Newport is currently seeking a proactive and reliable Admin Assistant to join our well-established client based in Crumlin. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a busy and friendly production team, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of the business. Duties will include:
* Sales order processing
* Producing and printing labels
* General housekeeping of production admin
* Generating sales reports and invoices
* Assisting with stock takes
* Other ad hoc office duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous admin experience (production admin experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail
* Good IT skills - particularly Excel and Word
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A positive and proactive attitude

Working hours:
* 5 hours per day, set hours to be confirmed between 08:00 and 17:00
* 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
