As an SEN Cover Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-prepared lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive, structured environment Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility. Requirements To succeed as an SEN Cover Supervisor, you will need: Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, or youth work) A strong interest in progressing into teaching or education careers Knowledge of autism, ADHD, and inclusive support strategies Confidence managing behaviour and leading groups of students Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners What we offer As a SEN Cover Supervisor you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
