Location: Various rural locations across Stirlingshire.
Salary: £12.60 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications).
Contract: Full-time and part-time positions available (including evenings and weekends).

Adult Support Worker - About the role:
To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults living in rural communities across Stirlingshire, enabling them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care and support services as outlined in individual care plans, including personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Support individuals with mobility, physical disabilities, and long-term health conditions.
• Promote independence and assist with tasks such as shopping, housework, and attending community activities.
• Travel independently between rural service users' homes, often in areas with limited public transport.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with service users and their families, respecting their privacy and choices.
• Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing to the Care Coordinator or relevant health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely care records using digital or paper-based systems.
• Adhere to Health and Social Care Standards and company policies, including safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety.
What we need from you:
Essential requirements:
• A genuine passion for supporting adults in rural communities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to join).
• SSSC registration (or willingness to register within 6 months).
Desirable:
• Previous experience in home care, social care, or health support roles.
• SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Familiarity with rural community life and associated challenges.
