RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a local seeking to appoint a property and projects assistant to ensure its commercial and other assets are managed and utilised to maximum benefit, including the renewal of leases and the review of rents charged.
The postholder will also work alongside the deputy town clerk to ensure projects and objectives are delivered on-time and within budget, that the council operates in accordance with legislation, and its approved policies are implemented.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with a positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Some experience of property-related work would be advantageous, but not essential.
