What You’ll Be Doing:
* 1:1 magic – Support pupils with SEN during lessons and make learning feel doable and fun
* Plan in action – Help deliver personalised learning plans (with a teacher by your side!)
* Keep things calm – Support with behaviour in a positive, gentle way
* Be the bridge – Communicate with teachers, families, and fellow support staff
* Add the sparkle – Bring patience, warmth, and creativity to every interaction

What You’ll Need:
* A DBS on the update service (or we can help you apply)
* Experience working with children with additional needs
* A toolkit of patience, empathy, and adaptability
* Bonus points if you’re Thrive-trained, but if not, we’ll train you for free!
