The Weavers is a family-run free house located in Aylesbury, conveniently near the town centre and The Waterside Theatre. We specialise in classic pub faresimple yet delicious dishes that are freshly prepared and cooked to order.
Since our opening, we have garnered numerous five-star reviews highlighting the quality of our food and service, which has significantly enhanced our reputation. We are a rapidly growing food-focused business, and we are genuinely enthusiastic about our future. Therefore, we are seeking an individual who shares our passion and commitment to driving success.
Our kitchen is staffed by a small, supportive team led by an experienced head chef, who is eager to share knowledge with the right candidate. We operate seven days a week, beginning at midday.
We are currently seeking an experienced chef to join our kitchen team and contribute from day one.
About this role;
* Work 35+ hours per week over 4 days.
* Be able to cover for head chef duringabsences.
* Shareresponsibility with head chef for Health, Safety andEnvironmental (HSE) standards.
* Collaborate with head chef to manage kitchen team ensuring that standards and service levels are maintained.
Who we are looking for;
1. Basic culinary skills and experience in foodpreparation.
2. knowledge of kitchen operations and safety regulations.
