Permanent, part-time, whole year position, working 27.5 hours per week
Salary: Grade 5: £25,989 - £27,254 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £19,316 - £20,256 per annum
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Site Operative to join our evolving organisation.
We are looking for a reliable Site Operative to join our small Site Team. The successful candidate will provide effective caretaking support to the school to include site maintenance, site security and the general appearance of the building. The preferred working hours are 12:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-16:00 during school closure periods. There will be a requirement for flexibility to support the team with different shifts to cover during absence or illness. All staff are expected to work alongside the teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
