Salary: £47,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements
* Experience in user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
* Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable insights
* Proficiency in research tools and software
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams
* A degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction) is preferred
* Experience in UX design or related areas is a plus
Responsibilities
* Conduct user research to identify user needs and behaviors
* Analyze and synthesize research data to inform product development
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate insights into the design process
* Facilitate workshops and present findings to stakeholders
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in user research
* Advocate for the user experience within the organization
