We’re looking for a Change Communications Coordinator to support our Strategic Change programmes. This role will develop and deliver communications strategies to help our people adopt and accept the changes, engaging stakeholders and teams across various functions and brand-led divisions across Flutter. The role will support multiple initiatives/programmes and combine excellent communication expertise with a deep understanding of business change. The role will work closely with Business Change Leads and will be able to articulate the case for change, and the key stakeholders involved.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Working with the Programme Teams and Leadership Team, you will play a lead role in developing Communications Plans to socialize the vision, mission, and outcomes of change programmes and their key benefits, across our global functions.
* Development of key messaging
* Alignment with and identification of appropriate global messaging platforms
* Roadshows / Town Halls
* Each brand/division have their own ways of working therefore we need to raise awareness across divisions and excite and educate people on how each programme is going to make a positive difference in our Flutter story. These may include:
* Raise awareness of new ways of working, systems and tooling
* Educate different audiences on the features and benefits
* Communicate why it’s changing
* Make content accessible to a global audience
* Develop and execute the communication strategy and plan that helps colleagues connect with our story. This includes teams across the group– creating and managing effective communication channels and messages.
* Build strong and enduring relationships with the programme teams, Communications Leads/ Teams, Employer Experience Leads, Project team and divisional people teams to ensure key priorities land well.
Skills & capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of change communication principles and strategies, particularly in the context of large scale transformation programmes
* Ability to create compelling communications using a number of channels including digital
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Proficient in MS Office products, namely PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Qualifications & Experience
* Significant experience in internal communications and/or change management roles
* Experience in working in large scale transformation programmes in a global organization
* Experience in executing change management communication plans within a complex organization, and tailoring messages to different audiences
* Experience working effectively within a matrix model involving multiple contributors to shapre material
* Ability to manage multiple complex programmes and projects at the same time
* Responsive to stakeholders, agile, and flexible
* Professional certifications in change management are advantageous
Measure of Success
* High level of stakeholder awareness and understanding of the relevant transformation programmes
* Effective communication that supports change management efforts and promotes adoption of the change
* Positive feedback from stakeholders on the clarity, timeliness, and relevance of communications
* Contribution to the overall success of both the programmes and the Business Change team.
