About the Role
As a Support Worker, youll support individuals with learning disabilities to live happy, fulfilling lives. No two days are the same! Youll be:
* Supporting with daily activities and routines
* Encouraging independence and choice
* Offering emotional support and companionship
* Building strong, meaningful relationships
* Youll work with a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique strengths, personalities and support needs.
What Were Looking For
Were not looking for superheroesjust great people who care:
* A genuine passion for supporting others
* Strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach
* Flexibility to work agreed shifts
* A positive, empathetic attitude towards people with learning disabilities
* A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
Contract Details
* Part-time: 13 hours per week
* Working days: Wednesday & Thursday
* Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026
