About the Role
We deliver a family-centred service, enabling individuals, families, and communities to achieve their optimum physical, psychological, educational, and emotional wellbeing through a public health approach. We are involved in the Family Hub model, building partnerships with agencies such as Early Years teams, Early Help, Housing, and Social Care. Our work settings include clinics, nurseries, and family homes, making each day unique. This role offers a genuine opportunity to positively impact families. We provide comprehensive induction and training. NHS continuous service is recognized, and your NMC annual fees are paid by Lincolnshire County Council.
The role will be based in Spalding but will require travel throughout South Holland and Boston.
About You
You must be a Registered Children’s Nurse (or other registered nursing domain with children’s experience) with current NMC registration.

* A good understanding of clinical governance and CQC standards for community practice

* Commitment to collaborative working with Early Help and Social Care colleagues to improve outcomes for children and young people
