We are a friendly, growing, forward-thinking Air Conditioning specialist. Due to our success we are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
Role: Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of systems (Essex and surrounds). Occasional minor installation work.
Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and repair air‑con systems (split, multi‑split, VRV/VRF).
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
* Complete PPM visits and respond to breakdown calls.
* Maintain a high standard of H+S.
* Communicate professionally with customers and complete job reports accurately.
Requirements
* Proven experience.
* F‑Gas Cat 1 certification (essential).
* NVQ Level 2/3 preferred.
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Professional, reliable and customer focused.
