Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Business Partner role on a permanent basis with a growing organisation based in Swindon. This role would suit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
The role
The Finance Business Partner will be pivotal in supporting the leadership team with commercial insight and financial data. This role requires someone with extensive manufacturing experience and an understanding of standard costing, WIP and project costing. The role will involve but not be limited to:
Financial analysis and review of costs to include product costing, labour costs and waste materials.
Maintain and review Bills of Materials
Product costing, standard costing and reviewing variances.
Business partnering with operations team to include presenting figures.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Scenario modelling.
Capex reporting.
Monitor stock levels and slow-moving inventory.
Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CIMA finalist or qualified preferred. QBE considered if extensive manufacturing experience can be evidenced.
3+ years recent experience in manufacturing.
Understanding of product costing, WIP, stock management and standard costing.
Proven business partnering experience: must be comfortable with partnering with non finance stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Package:
£55-70k base salary.
Hybrid working: 1-2 days from home.
