Job Title: BMS Service Engineer (Permanent)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on BMS (Building Management Systems) and associated control systems in commercial and industrial environments.
* Ensure the smooth operation of HVAC, lighting, access control, and other building management systems.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
* Carry out system upgrades and installations as required.
* Provide client-facing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical queries.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
* Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the management team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in BMS service, maintenance, or installation
* Strong knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar platforms.
* A solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
* Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Full UK driving license
* Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or BMS systems (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
* Must have the right to work in the UK
