We are hiring for multiple branches including Ebbw Vale, Morriston, and Queen Street. Hours vary by location, with some roles requiring 30 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and 3 Saturdays a month) and others 35 hours per week.

Role Overview
As a Customer Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, whether face-to-face, via phone, or online. Your role is to identify and assist with their financial needs, referring them to specialists when necessary. We focus on developing your skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support.
