Are you an ambitious and passionate Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity in education? Milk Education is currently supporting a Secondary School who are seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team and inspire pupils across KS3 & KS4.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is committed to raising attainment, creating engaging lessons, and making a lasting impact in the classroom.
Role Requirements:
* Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
* Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and the ability to deliver across KS3 & KS4
* Confident in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet the needs of all learners
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions where necessary
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress
* Work closely with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and share best practices
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies and promoting a positive learning culture
