1. Role: Legal Administrator (Known internally as Property Transfer Administrator)

About the role
Due to continued growth and success at Churchill Estates Management, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer / Legal Administration team.
Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
6. Acting as the first point of contact for buyers’ and sellers’ solicitors during the resale process
7. Providing documentation and responding accurately to enquiries, supporting their conveyancing process
8. Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
9. Managing the shared inbox and prioritising urgent correspondence
10. Assisting leaseholders with queries relating to subletting and lifetime mortgages
11. Scanning and processing post as required
12. Handling calls from solicitors and leaseholders when necessary
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
13. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
14. The ability to use initiative and adapt priorities as workloads change
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. English language and numeracy skills to a minimum of GCSE grade C / 5 (or equivalent)
17. Strong teamworking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
18. A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities within the team
19. A reliable, positive, and can-do attitude
Previous administration or legal administration experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
