We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a very fast growth business based in Luton. This role will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and presenting large volumes of data to support both internal decision-making and external stakeholder reporting. You will play a key role in producing regular performance reports, transforming complex datasets into clear insights, and building engaging dashboards to help the business understand trends and performance. Key Responsibilities Produce weekly internal reports and monthly/quarterly reports for external stakeholders. Extract and analyse high-volume data from internal systems to create accurate and meaningful reports. Build and maintain data visualisations and dashboards to support business insights. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of reporting data. Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and develop tailored data solutions. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data efficiency. Requirements Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role. Strong experience handling large datasets and producing structured reports. Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation). Experience creating dashboards and visualisations using Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data accurately. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Experience working with multiple internal data systems. Knowledge of data modelling or automation in reporting.
