This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-focused Inspector who takes pride in precision, quality, and doing things right first time. The Role As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for ensuring all machined components meet the required drawings and specifications. You'll carry out detailed dimensional checks using a range of manual measurement tools and ensure all quality records are completed accurately. Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw, in-process, and final machined parts against engineering drawings and tolerances (GD&T). Carry out receiving and first-article inspections where required. Use a wide range of manual metrology tools - micrometers, calipers, bore and thread gauges, height gauges, dial indicators, etc. Record and maintain accurate inspection reports and non-conformance records (NCRs). Work closely with Engineering, Workshop, and Quality teams to resolve any issues. Ensure compliance with all quality and HSE procedures.
