Bank Administrator | Theatres | Private Hospital | St Anthony's Hospital | Flexible working | Sutton

Spire St Anthony's Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a bank/flexible working basis.

Our multispecialty unit will give you the opportunity to expand your skills and expertise. We have six operating theatres covering a wide range of specialities and procedures including Ortho, Gynae, Cardio-thoracic and many other surgical specialties.

Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care through skilled and dedicated staff working together. With a completed £27m development investment, we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.

As Administrator, you will be responsible to provide a quality professional and efficient service that supports the smooth running of the hospital administration department.

Duties and responsibilities (not limited):

1. To provide day to day patient administration support within designated areas as required ensuring that daily tasks are completed to a high level of service both to internal and external customers
2. To provide administration cover as required across the hospital including but not limited to reception, bookings, wards, medical records, and outpatient administration in line with the ever-changing business need
3. To provide administration support as required to operational, clinical, finance and sales team as required
4. To provide administration support as required to support the management of Medical Records in accordance with Spire Policy, incorporating efficient filing processes, access to records and adherence to audit requirements
5. To have responsibility for ensuring that the administration processes for providing consultants and staff with all relevant clinical correspondence and diagnostic results are delivered effectively and in a timely manner

Who we're looking for:

6. Experience of working within an administration setting
7. Experience of producing and working with computer-based systems to track and record information
8. Experience of working as part of multi-disciplinary team
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
10. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally
11. Strong focus on delivering and meeting customer expectations
