Role Overview
We're hiring a customer-facing Solutions Expert focused on technical implementation and field delivery. The role blends application deployment, onsite support, stakeholder engagement, and technical troubleshooting.
You'll work closely with implementation and support teams, initially alongside experienced engineers, to operate independently on customer deployments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver on-site technical implementation and customer support
* Integrate and optimise applications within customer environments
* Provide SSRS reporting, T-SQL, and VBA-based solutions
* Resolve complex technical issues and support service delivery
* Deliver training and guidance to end users
* Support internal technical support when not travelling
* Travel across Europe, the Middle East, and occasionally globally
