Job Opportunity: Supply Learning Support Assistant

£12.85 per hour
We are seeking to expand our bank of Supply Learning Support Assistants to work flexibly in supporting classroom activities. We offer adaptable hours and working arrangements.
Addington School, part of the Ascendancy Partnership Trust—a multi-academy trust rooted in the Berkshire community—specializes in learning difficulties across its SEN schools. Our main site is in Woodley, Reading, with a smaller Early Years Centre in Farley Hill.
Opportunities are available for supply work at both sites. We welcome applications from those able to work at Woodley, Farley Hill, or either location with prior notice.
Your role involves supporting classroom activities to ensure high-quality education for our pupils at Addington School, covering staff absences by being allocated to various classes.
With a flexible approach, you should be adaptable to working with different pupils, possess a caring and positive attitude, and be committed to achieving the best outcomes for our students.
