About The Role
As we expanded our team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA), we are seeking individuals who would like to specialise, therefore the primary purpose of this role will be to support the delivery of an adapted Key Stage 3 curriculum for identified pupils.
As our HLTA - Key Stage 3 Provision Coordinator you will support individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum and engage fully in their learning. Working alongside class teachers you will support in raising pupil attainment, promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of an adapted Key Stage 3 curriculum for identified pupils.
Assist individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum.
Engage pupils fully in their learning.
Collaborate with class teachers to raise pupil attainment, promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
Qualifications
* HLTA qualification is desirable or willingness to work towards it.
* Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
* Passion for inclusive education and ability to support all learners.
* Collaborative team player with initiative and ability to work independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
