Identity Management (IAM) Engineer | 6-Month Temp-to-Perm
Contract: 6 months initially – Temp-to-Perm opportunity
Tech Stack: Entra ID (Azure Active Directory – Cloud-Only) | Apple Device Integration
We’re partnering with a leading organisation in Manchester looking to bring in a passionate and technically curious IAM Engineer to join their infrastructure and security team.
This is an exciting 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity where you'll work in a fully cloud-native identity environment using Azure AD / Entra ID and also support Apple device management and integration across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and evolving the organisation’s cloud-first identity platform (Azure AD / Entra ID)
* Implementing IAM best practices, automation, and conditional access policies
* Supporting Apple/macOS device authentication and access integration
* Troubleshooting identity and access issues, improving user experience
* Working cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and end-user computing teams
What We’re Looking For:
* Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
* Familiarity with Apple devices in enterprise environments (macOS authentication, MDM, etc.)
* Understanding of IAM principles, authentication protocols, and access controls
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative approach
* On-site availability in Manchester (4 days/week)
* Mid to Senior-level preferred – but we’re open to training and supporting the right person
