Operations Manager
CES Power Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of their department and inventory needs. As an Operations Manager, the individual shares responsibility of operations for the branch, including maintenance, planning and projects with the Branch Manager
Primary Job Role
* Ensures that the branch follows safety, health and business laws and regulations.
* Oversee the daily activities and workflow of their departments and inventory needs.
* Scheduling employees for work assignments.
* Ensuring employees are in compliance with company policy
* Maintain employee attendance records
* Ensure that employees have a safe working environment in which to perform their duties.
* Reduce operational costs where applicable.
* Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
* Direct branch staff including Technicians, Mechanics and Admin.
* Collaborate with the branch manager to assist with both local and top jobs.

Education And Experience
Formal Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 4-6years

* Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
