The team is currently looking to add a talented Solicitor to our leading Medical Negligence team to be based in one of our Southern and Welsh offices (Bristol, Southampton, Cambridge or Cardiff).

Our clinical negligence team has extensive experience in claims including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be joining Julie Lewis, a highly respected leader in our Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Bristol Clinical Negligence team. Julie is Irwin Mitchell's Regional Head for the South and Head of the Bristol Medical Negligence team, renowned for her deep expertise in complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, particularly those involving birth injuries, delayed diagnoses (including meningitis), fatal claims, and inquests.

Qualifications
* 3+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
* Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
* The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.
* Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.
* The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
