We are moving towards becoming a paper light environment an the main responsibilities of this role are to summarise and read code relevant information from patient's clinical records into the practice computer system, working strictly in accordance with the practice notes summarising protocol. The postholder will also undertake scanning and provide secretarial support.

Job responsibilities

To ensure all relevant clinical paperwork is scanned and workflowed into patients record daily and cleared appropriately.
To provide secretarial support with referrals, workflow and otherdaily tasks as required.
Provide administrationsupport to teams within the practice if required and requested by the Operationalmanager/line manager.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
* An understanding and background in medical terminology
* Proficient user of Microsoft packages
