Solicitor - Contentious Probate
Location: Epsom
Basic salary: Negotiable (PQE dependent)

My client is looking to secure an experienced self‑starter to work closely with their private client and dispute resolution teams, to develop a new department.
With a strong employee retention base, this thriving, forward‑thinking practice are targeting someone with a min of 6yrs PQE.
You’ll be fully supported by the firm to develop this new division, so you’ll be engaging in business development to establish and build your own referrals and network.
The role would include growth of the team into Inheritance Act claims as well as inheritance disputes and contested estates.
Responsibilities
* Develop the new Contentious Probate department.
* Generate and nurture business development opportunities.
* Build and manage your own referral network.
* Grow the team and portfolio into Inheritance Act claims, inheritance disputes and contested estates.
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 years PQE.
* Strong litigation skills.
* Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
* High standard of client care.
