Role Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic art gallery as a Gallery Coordinator. This entry-level role supports the delivery of digital marketing campaigns while assisting with customer service, dispatch, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will help promote exhibitions and artworks while ensuring a smooth client experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
* Assist in executing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote artists, exhibitions, and new collections.
* Coordinate content schedules with the Marketing and Photography teams to ensure timely promotion of gallery activity.
* Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including exhibition launches and weekly bulletins.
* Assist with photography of artwork.
Administration and Customer Service
* Dealing with customers both face to face, over the telephone and via email in a friendly professional manner
* Maintain accurate client records.
* Coordinate artwork dispatches, including assisting the warehouse team with packaging etc
* Assist with the hanging of the artwork.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Previous customer service experience
* High attention to detail and a professional manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Interest in art and the gallery sector advantageous.
* Previous experience beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
