What You'll Bring
We’re looking for a Third Party Risk Analyst to join our growing team.
Day To Day You’ll Be
* Create, maintain, and distribute TPRM reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve TPRM data and reporting
* Analyze third-party performance through MI, highlighting and escalating concerns
* Provide insights on third-party performance to stakeholders
* Support stakeholders on TPRM requirements to ensure responsibilities are met
* Coordinate with TPs and stakeholders for review meetings and maintain action plans
* Maintain the TU TP Inventory, including onboarding new TPs
* Keep TP governance and risk documentation up-to-date
* Create and maintain TP scorecards
* Manage and escalate TP compliance issues
* Monitor supply chain and subcontracting risks
* Assist with remediation of internal audit actions
* Enhance supplier performance monitoring processes
* Address deviations in conduct, risk, or compliance
* Provide insights to procurement for sourcing and renewal decisions
* Develop and maintain business toolkits
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience as an analyst with an interest in third-party management
* Experience in TPRM, Supplier Management, or Risk Management
* Strong communication skills for managing complex relationships
* Organized with the ability to prioritize workloads
* Flexible, proactive, and innovative problem solver
* Relevant qualifications or experience
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience in financial services or regulated industries
* Knowledge of analytics software such as Power BI
